Salesforce is looking for a passionate and user-obsessed User Experience Designer to join its Design and User Experience team in Hyderabad. At Salesforce, UX is not an afterthought—it sits at the core of how products are built and how customers experience the platform.

In this role, you’ll work on complex enterprise products and transform them into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing teams, and even customer executives to shape experiences that deliver meaningful business impact.

This role is ideal for designers who deeply empathize with users, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and love seeing beautifully crafted designs shipped to production.

What you’ll work on:

• Translating complex business problems into clear, usable, and elegant UX solutions
• Designing end-to-end user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms
• Influencing and clearly communicating UX vision to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborating with Product Managers to identify new feature opportunities and validate ideas
• Working closely with Engineering and QA teams to deliver polished final products
• Conducting and applying insights from user research, analytics, and usability testing
• Owning and evolving key application interfaces
• Promoting design systems, interface guidelines, and reusable design patterns
• Championing a strong design-thinking culture focused on real user needs

Key Technical Skills:

User Experience Design, User-Centered Design, UX Research, Interaction Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience designing and delivering digital products end to end
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus in ambiguous situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to balance quality design with tight deadlines
• Experience using analytics, user research, and testing to guide design decisions
• A strong eye for detail and a passion for simple solutions to complex problems
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
